About Us

About Us

Justice Speaks is a woman and BIPOC-led communications firm dedicated to uplifting voices of the disempowered. We provide communications consulting support for progressive nonprofits, unions, and campaigns.

Our mission is to lift up the voices of the disempowered. We partner with grassroots and worker-led organizations to mobilize their communities through storytelling. We use our communications expertise to fundamentally change the way we talk about collective struggles and our shared humanity. We do this through shaping and amplifying personal narratives to help us envision a world where an equitable life is possible.

Alex Catsoulis

Born and raised in New York with Haitian roots, Alex’s upbringing in a Black immigrant family has fueled her deep commitment to advocating for marginalized communities often left behind. Before founding Justice Speaks, she served as a communications specialist at the California Labor Federation (AFL-CIO) working hand in hand with unions on statewide, corporate accountability and political campaigns. During her tenure as a communications consultant, she has managed campaigns focused on labor, immigrant rights, housing, racial and economic justice.

JANE CHUNG

As Founder and Principal of Justice Speaks, a communications firm for progressive campaigns and organizations, Jane works to change the stories we tell about bad bosses, billionaires, and big tech. She has organized and developed advocacy campaigns at Public Citizen, and on Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign. She started her career at Facebook, which informs her analysis of technology, capitalism, and power today.
